Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
A driver meets you at the arrivals hall with a printed sign. There are no shuttle buses or rental desks to visit. The handover of the keys and a quick walk-around of the car takes about 4 minutes.
What documents do you need for insurance?
Standard business insurance is included in the daily rate. We require a copy of your driving license and one proof of address (like a utility bill) at least 48 hours before the car is delivered to you.
How does the fuel policy work?
Every car is delivered with at least 300 miles of fuel in the tank. You can return the car at any fuel level. We simply charge the local petrol station rate plus a flat £12 service fee to top it back up for the next client.
Why are all your cars navy blue?
Honestly, we chose 'Aristocratic Blue' because it looks professional for board meetings without being as common as black. Most importantly, our fleet has zero stickers, ads, or rental branding. The car looks like a private executive sedan, which helps you maintain the right image when meeting clients.
