How does the 55-minute airport delivery work?
We track your flight number in real-time. A driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall with a sign before you even clear baggage. You walk straight to the car in the premium parking zone. No shuttle buses and no 20-minute queues at a rental desk.
Will the car have rental company stickers on it?
Our cars have zero branding, stickers, or barcodes on the windows. Every vehicle in the fleet is finished in 'Aristocratic Blue'. This ensures you arrive at your board meeting or client site in a car that looks like a private executive sedan, not a budget rental.
What documents do I need to provide for insurance?
We need a clear photo of your driving license and one proof of address, like a utility bill, sent to us 48 hours before handover. We verify everything digitally so that the physical handover of keys takes only about 3.5 minutes.
What is your policy on refuelling?
Every car is delivered with at least 300 miles of fuel in the tank. You can return it at any level. We simply charge the local petrol station price plus a flat £12 service fee to top it back up for the next client. There are no hidden fuel surcharges.
Can you provide multiple matching cars for a delegation?
We can coordinate up to 12 matching navy sedans for board visits or summits. Last year, we managed 47 similar delegation events across Edinburgh. We can deliver the fleet to a single hub or split the drop-offs across three different hotels.
How do you handle maintenance for monthly hires?
If a car needs a service or a winter tyre swap during a long-term hire, we come to your office. We swap your current vehicle for a fresh, identical navy blue model in under 120 minutes. You stay on the move while we handle the maintenance.
Is insurance included in the daily price?
Standard business insurance is included in our daily rates. This covers you for professional use across the UK. If you need to add a second driver for a weekly booking, just let us know 24 hours in advance and we will update the paperwork for free.
