If your delegation schedule changes, we can adjust the pickup times with 4 hours' notice. We have found that this flexibility is vital for events where meetings often run 20 or 30 minutes over the planned time. Honestly, we know plans change, so we keep our logistics team ready to pivot.
P.S. We can also arrange for a lead vehicle to guide the fleet if your visitors are driving themselves to a remote venue outside the city.
